The Proposal

I just saw this yesterday night. I loved it! It was so funny, It was very cute, and the dynamic was funny and cute. It was one of my favorite comedy's this year. I love both Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds, they are good actors and are both funny. I really liked the story line and i thought it was made good to not be so corny. I really loved it. You should see it. Oh and Betty White was brilliant in it.

I really liked this book, and you may look at my rating of 3/5. It may seem low but a 3/5 means i liked it and i did. It was good and a strong book. I am going to rate my reviews a little harder and stronger from now on. I was not disappointed with this book at all. In the beginning i was a little confused of what time period they were talking about, but all the while i had an idea of it and i was right, but i didn't think they could use such a huge part of the show and add on. So that is why i was confused for a few pages in the prologue or ending-logue in the beginning. I am the kind of person who doesn't like reading fast or trying so hard to figure out the plot. Usually for me when i am not reading the summary (bad thing) i try to come up with a bunch of ideas and solutions to the mystery or nothing at all. Because i think trying to figure out the plot and mystery spoils the magic and it ruins the story. (I like to let things take its course when i can)
The Mystery is pretty open in this book but their are twists and turns that definitely shake up the story and that was the way it was written. The author really did his research and took a long look in developing already made characters. And they turned out wonderfully. And i have to admit it, it was a bit sad because of the ending, but i really liked the story and book all together.
Plot: The Doctor brings Donna home as a surprise, to catch up with family and relax from all their adventures. Donna's Grandad takes in all the story's of her fights with aliens, travels to new and extremes worlds and times. Granddad Wilf is especially happy, his granddaughter is back just in time for the naming of a new star that he found. And Wilf brings the Doctor as one of his special guests to the naming ceremony. But something doesn't feel right. Why should something not feel right? Nothing happens in this century he remembers. But as another surprise to add with the new stars; technology is advancing. And is that the thing not right?
A new force is invading every aspect of planet Earth, and it is not a good force. It has a plan, and is determined to rewrite the future...

What Book is It??? # 6

I wonder if you can guess this quote: Beginning or ending paragraph from a book. Suggest the book and author.
"Thirty years ago, Marseilles lay burning in the sun, one day. A blazing sun upon a fierce August day was no greater rarity in southern France then, than at any other time, before or since. Everything in Marseilles, and about Marseilles, had stared at the fervid sky, and been stared at in return, until a staring habit had become universal there. Strangers were stared out of countenance by staring white houses, staring white walls, staring white streets, staring tracts of arid road, staring hill form which verdure was burnt away."
Any Suggestions???
